Returns Policy
At Creative Document Systems (CDS) we will gladly accept returns within 15 days of your original purchase. You will be refunded the amount of your original purchase minus a 20% restocking fee. If you wish to return equipment within the first 15 days it must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Supplies submitted for return must be unopened and unused. Returns will not be accepted on items more than 15 days after purchase.
After the 15 day return period, machines that are defective or broken are covered by the manufacturer under the terms of their warranty.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the United States.
Shipping days are Monday - Friday 8:30AM to 3PM Arizona Time (UTC -7). Supplies are shipped for a flat rate of $9.75 for orders under $85. Supply orders over $85 are shipped free.
